So this whole running thing is kinda cool with its ups and downs, pros and cons, good points and bad points….shall I tell you them?
GOOD
BAD
So my good outweighs my bad and things are going good and I am happy with it, although I do want to add I do want to try to fit in some yoga and 30 day shred in the same week that I am running I just hope my body and compensate for all of it I just want to be more flexible and stronger you know?
TO THE PEOPLE READING THIS…..
When running in the morning has this happened to you (running for 20-30 min then being tired for the rest of the day?) I have not found the solution for this and would greatly appreciate any advice you have on this matter?

Been going through alot of crap lately, I finished the INSANITY PROGRAM but my weight hasn’t changed since I can’t really eat the way I want to because of financial issues… My shape is changed and has changed a bit(ill show pictures later) its really depressing to work 4 months and not see the results you want when you worked your butt off….
Since then I have been doing the 30 day shred level 3 and starting tomorrow well today now I will start running for 20-30 mins a day. with intervals of 1 minute running and 1 minute walking in the morning…. This interval should go like this (1:1, 2:1, 3:1…..) after a while I will stop doing this and just run like everyone else on the street or until I pass out from exhaustion. I see alot of people who lose most of their weight from running….by the way
I HATE RUNNING BUT MY HOT DOCTOR TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD RUN TO GET THE STRENGTH IN MY ANKLE UP MORE….
to be honest I would like to show her how much stronger I have gotten already but….cant….do….that……
As soon as my money situation fixes itself I should be able to eat all the tuna and turkey that I want without going to the processed foods and fatty foods in shame from being poor.
Another thing I wanna do is do regular push-ups and sit ups with doing the shred video afterward in the afternoon and maybe skip the fattening dinners my aunt cooks…I hope I dont burn out this way…Pray for me as I pray for you….NOT GIVING UP …EVER!!!!

My mom’s friend adopted this lovely dog after he was abandoned by his previous family. His name is Shaun. Shaun had always been very good at eating all his food. Every last bit that was, he ate it. One day he started leaving a little bit behind. He wouldn’t eat everything, no matter what. He always left a little behind. Every morning when my mom’s friend checked Shaun’s bowl, the food was gone. That was very strange, because Shaun always spent the night by her side.
One night she decided to investigate the food situation. She waited quietly by the food bowl and then, in the middle of the night, a cat came through the window and ate the remaining food. She noticed the cat was actually pregnant. A week or so later the cat came into her house and gave birth to 6 little kittens. Shaun took care of them as if they were his own babies. My mom’s friend adopted the cat too (her name is Meow) and they took care of the kittens until they all found a loving home. Nowadays Meow and Shaun live happily together as a family and they each have their little bowl of food.interracial couples are always cute

I’m 5’7” and I went from 172 to (around) 130! Not much weight loss, but a lot of fat loss! I feel so much healthier now that I’m not eating junk all the time and just sitting on the couch.Thank you!
